This gives you a better chance of winning from the dealer you are playing against. The reason why system 21 is a more effective blackjack system than others is because it teaches you how to play blackjack better.
How does the system 21 strategy work?
The system 21 blackjack system actually consists of two parts. The first and most important part is a table that indicates the best decision to make in specific game situations. The second component instructs you how much money to wager in order to maximize your winnings while playing.
The table used is known among experienced blackjack players as the basic blackjack strategy. It calculates, for each possible situation in blackjack, whether you have the best chance of winning by asking for an additional card, passing, splitting or doubling your bet. If you stick to the decisions in the table then you have the best chance of winning hands.
When you play system 21, you open the table next to the blackjack table on the screen of your computer. This way you can easily find the right decision while playing online blackjack. On the left side of the table are the values and starting hands that you as a player can receive.
On the top side are the values of the cards the dealer can receive. Based on these two values, the table shows which decision is best for you. In addition to helping you become a better blackjack player, the system also instructs you how much to bet.
Using the blackjack system
When applying the blackjack system, you always look at the table during the hand in order to make the best decisions. For each hand, however, you also have to decide how much to bet, and here too the system gives you a helping hand.
The amount to be wagered is divided into units. Let’s say for the sake of convenience that one unit is 1 USD. We start with a bet of 2 units, if we lose a hand we increase the bet by 2 units in the next hand, if we win a hand we decrease the bet by 2 units and if a hand is drawn against the dealer then the bet for the next hand is increased by 1 unit.
Example: we start with a bet of 2 USD. We lose the hand and raise the bet to 4 USD. The next hand we are even against the dealer and therefore we increase the bet to $5. Then we win a hand and therefore the next bet can be decreased to 3 USD.
